Introduction
At Kriptone Solutions LLP (Kriptone), we are dedicated to safeguarding your privacy. We will handle your personal data in compliance with relevant data protection and privacy laws and regulations, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your information is stored and processed on secure computer systems with appropriate technological security measures and protocols in place.
In order to promote transparency and underline our dedication to protecting your Personal Data, we have created this Privacy Policy. Personal Data is information that may be used to identify an individual, such as their first and last name, email address, contact information, online identifiers, and other pertinent information, whether referring to business or personal affairs.
We acknowledge and respect your decision to visit our website without providing any Personal Data or disclosing your identity.
Compliance with Privacy Laws
We are committed to upholding your privacy and work diligently to adhere to applicable privacy laws and regulations worldwide. Our aim is to protect your privacy when you browse our website, utilize Kriptone® products, or communicate with us.
Collection and Usage of Personal Data
Upon obtaining your explicit consent, we gather Personal Data, including contact details (such as name, email address, company name, phone number, etc.), when offering you free serial keys for the trial version or online demo of the Kriptone® products. This information is securely stored using reputable service providers that undergo regular audits and comply with relevant regulations, including Mailchimp and Hubspot (referred to collectively as “Providers”).
When you purchase Kriptone® products through an online store (such as Azure Marketplace or Amazon Web Services Marketplace) or our partners (referred to as “Associates”), the collection and handling of your Personal Data will be governed by the terms and conditions established by the specific Associate. We are not responsible for any disputes that may arise between you and the Associate regarding their terms and conditions.
Please be aware that when you purchase a Kriptone® product, additional financial information (such as your payment card number, expiration date, and security code) may be collected. Kriptone does not directly collect or store your financial account data by default. Instead, we rely on reputable payment service providers (like Stripe) to handle the collection and processing of your payment information and facilitate your orders. This data is used for fulfilling the contractual obligations between you and Kriptone or its affiliates, as well as for legitimate business interests, including compliance with legal requirements (such as anti-money laundering and internal audits).
If you purchase a Kriptone® product through an Associate, the payment will either be processed directly with the Associate or through a payment gateway specified by the Associate. The payment methods and their corresponding terms and conditions will be explicitly communicated to you. Any disputes related to the payment process and the associated terms and conditions are the sole responsibility of the respective payment gateway, and we are not liable for such disputes.
The Personal Data we gather from you is used for a variety of purposes, including order processing, support (where applicable), and delivering relevant information about the products you have purchased, downloaded, or tested. When you contact us with questions, comments, or information requests, we answer with the information you supply. We may also utilize the Personal Data you supply when subscribing to the Kriptone® products email with your informed consent. This enables us to send you news, announcements, and other marketing material on a regular basis. You may unsubscribe from receiving such communications at any time. You can do so by emailing us directly at info@kriptone.com or by utilizing the opt-out link contained in each of our newsletters.
